Outlook 2013 Exchange 2010 certificate warning

We installed new certificate to CAS servers with 3 SAN names - mail.domain.com, mail2.domain.com, autodiscover.domain.com. All internal and external url (OWA, ECP, ActiveSync, EWS, OAB, AutoDiscoverServiceInternalURI) on CAS server begins from mail.domain.com or mail2.domain.com depending on CAS site. But for some Outlook 2013 clients we see the warning at startup.

This warning fixes after recreating Outlook profile.
We have at about 800 users 70% of them have this warning. So, recreating of profile is not good solution.
Why Outlook 2013 behaves like this?
Can we do anything else to resolve the issue?

Thank you!

Everything is OK with it.

I've mentioned that after recreating profile everything works fine and there is no warning.

So, I guess, it is something with Outlook 2013.
