Outlook 2013 / Multiple Access /Registry Rights

Hello,

we upgrade our Office from XP to 2013. Let me explain our situation. For Example we have 3 AD user staa99, staa99-1 and staa99-2. Every User is a separate AD user. But know the special feature. All 3 Users work with the same profile and the same folder redirection. We have a group with name grp-staa99 and all 3 Users are member of this group. Permission of Profile/FolderReridrection/Userhome are set to this group. All 3 User work with a Mailbox from Type Shared. With Office XP everything is fine. But since Outlook 2013 we have massive problems with this "system". The "first" User who setup the Mailbox can word with Outlook. The 2 other users get a error message if the start Outlook. "Outlook cannot be startet" In the registry HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Profiles are the rights set to the single user. I change this to the group but after restart Outlook the premission are "reset to default". This is my problem. Is there a solution for this problem?

Thanks

michael

Seems that you've upgrade Office from XP to 2013, what about the migration story for operation system or Windows server version is?

I suspect that you've configured the mandatory user profile in your environment. Profiles controlled by administrators are called mandatory profiles. Users who have a mandatory profile can only make transitory changes to their environment. Here, any changes that users make to the local environment aren't saved.

To change the configeration in this kind of profile, you must change it back to NTUSER.DAT, define the setting in that profile and then create Roaming/Mandatory profile. Thanks.
