I have a partner who's Outlook 2013 is not providing notifications for a shared mailbox that hse has full access to.

Her own mailbox is notifying no problem.

Is there any way to switch on notifications for shared mailboxes?

Hi,

How does your partner add the shared mailbox in her Outlook? Please make sure she added it as an additional Exchange account rather than an additional mailbox. Which means she needs to add the shared mailbox via File > Info Add Account button. Please makes sure the shared mailbox is not added via File > Account Settings > Account Settings > More Settings button of her main Exchange account > Advanced tab > Add.
