When opening up Outlook 2013 and setting it up to use Folder view, I'm finding that after closing down the application and later on re-opening it, Outlook is defaulting back to the normal view. Is there any way to have it open up to the Folder view by default?

I'm only having this issue on a few machines - the rest open up in whichever view was last used.

Did you  try resetting the navigation pane on the problem machines?  Restart Outlook using the /resetnavpane switch.
