Configure Outlook 2013 For Exchange 2010.

I am connecting outlook 2013 to exchange 2010, unable to get new mails in my INBOX.

Tried - Outlook 2013 Automatic Set up Instructions and Outlook 2013 Manual Set up Instructions.

This folder was last updated on 5/17/2015 Trying to connect .....No response

OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Professional

Microsoft Outlook 2013 (15.0.4420.1017) MSO (15.0.4701.1000) - 32 bit

Previously I used to connect Outlook 2010 to  exchange 2010 and worked fine.

Does the issue only happen to one user? Please make sure all related Exchange services are started and running in Exchange server.

In client side, please click Send/Receive all folders to check whether the folder can be updated manually. Please disable using Exchange Cached mode in Outlook to confirm whether the folder is synced in Outlook Online mode. If it works fine in Online mode, please create a new profile for this Exchange account to have a try.

If it doesn't work, please change a computer to have a try and narrow down the issue to the local machine.
