Outlook 2013 - Secondary mailbox (avoid external persons to contact this mailbox, automatically create a copy of every incoming email and move it to a specific folder)?

Hi,
I've added a secondary mailbox in Outlook 2013 via File - Account Settings - Account Settings - Change - More Settings ... - Advanced - Add....

I have the following questions which are related to this secondary mailbox:

- This secondary mailbox also has it's own email address (example: generic_mailbox@company.com).
So it's possible for everybody to send an email to this mailbox, even for external people which don't belong to the company.
Is it possible to avoid this, so that only those persons who also have an @company.com email address could send an email to this mailbox?

- Is it possible to automatically create a copy of every incoming email and move it to a specific folder?
I tried to do this via Rules - Create Rule... but the Create Rule... is greyed out.

Thanks and best regards!

Hi,

As far as I know, Outlook doesn't support additional mailbox rules. We need to set exchange transport rules.

To prevent receiving emails from external people, use "outside the organization" and drop the message.

Please refer to the following blog:

Restricting email to the Internet on a per user AND per domain basis

Hope this helps.
