Outlook 2013 - POP Change Default Sent Email Folder

Hi

Is there a way to change the default sent email folder for POP accounts in Outlook 2013?

I have a setup whereby there is one exchange account and then multiple POP email accounts to allow sending emails under alias's. I would like all of the email sent to go to the exchange accounts sent folder.

I have found references to using a rule however I would like to do it without one. I recall setting it up about a year ago however I cannot find my notes on how I got it to work.

Thanks

Hi,

Based on my knowledge, Outlook doesn't provide a build-in feature to change the folder to save sent messages. Using Outlook rule or a macro to move sent items are the only methods we can think out. If you don't want to use a rule, you can try using a macro to achieve the goal. See:
