Moved to Outlook 2013 just yesterday. The only issues is that even though I have set my default storage as a local PST (Account Settings --> Data Files) all emails do not move to local PST automatically. In Outlook 2010, there used to be a "Change Folder" button under (Account Settings --> Emails tab) but that is no longer there. Now I have to manually move messages from my web inbox to local PST. These include both messages for which I have and dont have rules setup.

How do I fix this? Its a painful task to move message s manually.
