Outlook 2013: How to minimize the description in files attachments and stack the attachments side by side?

As shown in the screen shots, I don't want to scroll down so much just to see the attachments, Please advise how i can stack them side by side to minimize scrolling.

Thank you.

Hi,

There is no option available to minimize the description in files attachments. How many attachments you'll see per row is fully dependent on the length of attachment file name. If the attachment file name is too long, it will only show one attachment per row.

In addition, to make it show more attachments per row, if not using full screen already, double click on the title bar to take the window full screen. If you are using the reading pane, make it as wide as possible.

Hi,

Something similar. Code doesn't seem to work for 2013.

Thanks, but using VB code is out because otherwise I need to implement it to all my 60 users.

Thanks Steve.

I guess I have to do that, although I got a feeling MS may have overlook the possiblity of users having more than 5 attachments in a single email.. or could it be that MS expect users to use another tool?

Josh.
