Outlook 2013, crashes when SKype for business is open

Dear, people.

At the moment we get on variable times error messages from outlook 2013.

When skype for business is opent, and we want to open outlook 2013 it gives us some error messages.

The error messages say:

The first one says: There is a problem accured, outlook doesnt work properly.

the second one says: that the .OST file is already used, and cant be opent. close al applications in where the .ost file is used en try again

Does any one know how to fix this problem

You should try these methods to overcome with this issue:

  1. Open MS Outlook in safe mode.Type in search box: outlook.exe<space>/safe
  2. Try to configure window in clean boot mode see here : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135

Hi,

You can try the tool Scanpst.exe to scan and fix the possible issues in the .ost file:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/272227

If the .ost file is not very large, you can also try to rename the .ost file to ".old", Outlook will generate a new one the next time it runs, check if the problem persists.
