At the business where I work, I have a user that cannot print from Outlook 2010 to one specific network printer. She can log onto another domain computer and print from outlook. All other programs on her computer will print to that printer. Just not outlook. Her Outlook will print to other network printers, but none of them are at her location. I have done a repair on it through "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features" with no luck. Anytime she tries to print from Outlook she gets a pop up message that reads "Printer not ready". I've been able to rule out the exchange / print server, and concluded that it has to be Outlook. I'm thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling office but would prefer to avoid that if possible because it is a remote computer in a foreign location and the latency makes it a slow process for both of us.
Any ideas? I'm stumped.

Since the initial incident, I tried the following hoping for a solution: I copied the users data (documents, desktop, favorites, etc.) to a folder on the "C" drive. I then deleted her domain profile from the computer and had her log back in to re-create the profile on the computer. I moved her data to the corresponding locations from the previous profile and set her exchange account back up. Everything was working just as always, except she still had the same printing issue. The next day when she logged in, she got a message saying that she was being logged on to a temporary profile. I checked under C:\Users on her computer and saw that her profile was still there, but all of her data was missing. I found an article about making registry changes to correct the problem on support.microsoft.com but did not do that yet.
