Hi steffen,

Apparently you need to check Calendar permissions for this user.

  1. Connect Powershell to your Exchange Online: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/JJ984289(v=EXCHG.150).aspx
  2. Overview user's permissions for the Calendar folder: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/Dd335061%28v=EXCHG.150%29.aspx
  3. Compare the permissions with another problem-free mailbox and adjust permissions if necessary: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff522363(v=exchg.150).aspx

HI

Is it happening for all the users or its for specific user ?

Based on the logs i can see that the mailbox resides in office 365

On the affected PC just check if there are any delegates, calendar added in the outlook

Looks like this seems to be a permission issue on a delegated account

Just try to remove the delegated accounts if  you see anything in the outlook and see the results

Hi,

Great advice from Sathish, which Outlook account are your used? do you have add other mailbox in your Outlook profile.

If everything works in OWA, please tackle the locally cached mailbox or recreate Outlook profile for testing:
1. Close Outlook.
2. Go to START/RUN and enter "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook\".
3. In the folder that comes up, locate and either delete or rename the appropriate .OST file.  This is the locally cached mailbox.
4. Restart Outlook and let the local cache rebuild itself.  If you have a large mailbox, this may take a while.
5. See if the sync behavior repeats itself.

Thanks
