Outlook 2010 signature when no signature is selected..

No signature is selected in Outlook 2010, however a plain text signature still shows up whenever I create a new email or respond/forward an email (in sent box).

To test it out, I selected a signature to be added to new emails and replies/forwards. It then created two signatures! The first signature is the one I created (with color and a symbol), however, the second signature is in plain text. The second signature is the same as when "no signature" is selected.

Why is this happening?

I've checked registry settings and cannot pinpoint where this is coming from. I've also checked pretty much all the signature options, but cannot locate the issue.

Thanks for any input.

The most of factor is that add-in is running in background. Please test if the behavior would happen when we launch Outlook in safe mode.

"Outlook.exe /safe

If the signature would not appear again, go to File > Options > Add-ins > Go to disable the suspecious one and find the root. Thanks.
