Outlook 2010 showing all emails under my email address (@hotmail.com) but not in outlook folders
Hello. I have searched and searched for answers. I have been having multiple problems (with no send button, then emails only showing up in outbox but not sending, etc). When I open Outlook now it is showing ALL of my emails from my hotmail.com online account. But shouldn't I have an outlook folder on the left hand side? I am not sure what is happening. I am very confused. Thank you, Penne

When I open Outlook now it is showing ALL of my emails from my hotmail.com online account. But shouldn't I have an outlook folder on the left hand side?

Do you mean all emails of the Hotmail.com account are showing in Inbox in Outlook, and there are no subfolders under Inbox? If this is the case, I'd like to ask if you can see any subfolders in Hotmail web-based interface. If the answer is no, we won't see any subfolders in Outlook, either.

If the answer is yes, then how did you configure the Hotmail.com account in Outlook 2010? Basically, we need to install Outlook connector before configuring Hotmail.com in Outlook. You may follow the instructions in the following article to make sure you have configured your email account correctly:

If I've misunderstood something, please feel free to let me know.
