Outlook 2010 receiving email all OK but on send generates Error Code 0x800CCC13 - cannot connect to network - verify your network connection. All other web related Apps working fine - any thoughts?

As you use Windows 10, it seems you just upgraded from an earlier version. Please try to repair Office from Control Panel -> Programs and Features, check if this will resolve the problem.

This issue could also be caused by a stuck email. A stuck message is also often a source of having send/receive issues. While it is easy enough to spot a message stuck in your Outbox.

Hi,

Please follow the steps below to fix the issue:

• Right click on the Start button of Windows and choose: Command Prompt (Admin).
  • If you dont see this, instead choose: Windows PowerShell (Admin)
• Behind the prompt type: sfc /scannow
  (note the space in the command)
• Wait until the process completes.
• Restart your computer.
