Hello,

You should try to open MS Outlook in safe mode and check the status.

To do so: Press Window Key + R >> Type outlook<space>/safe in the Run prompt to open Outlook in safe mode.

If it is working fine in safe mode, then the issue may be caused by the add-ins.

To resolve this:

Open MS Outlook >> File Tab >> Options > Add-ins >> Select Manage COM Add-Ins at the bottom >> click on Go button.

Then uncheck all the add-ins listed there and click OK.

Now, restart MS Outlook in normal mode and check if it opens fine.

Sorry forgot to mention this.

I tried running with safe mode as well no difference.

recreated the OST, changed the profile reconfigured ID manually and automatically.

Hi Kasthuri,

Please try collecting error logs in Event Viewer while reproducing this issue. If it's difficult for you to analyze the log, you can share it to us via sending it to GBSD TN Office Information Collection ibsofc@microsoft.com.
