Outlook 2010 email body blank HTML and rich text format
An user in our environment will get a blank emails.  this only happens when he receives a rich text format email or when a template is used from outlook 2010.  The banner and pictures and text then show up for him as attachments.  We are running windows 7 enterprise, he is on the new exchange 2013 server.  He is the only person experiencing this problem in the whole environment.  This happens to any user that logs onto the pc.

Hi,

Please let the user check the emails on OWA, are they still blank?

As mentioned in the post, the banner and pictures become attachments, may I know what's the extension of the attachment? Some issues with the similar symptom are caused because some 3rd-party email system or client can't recognize rich text format, but as you are using Outlook, it doesn't seem like the problem here.

Since this also happens to any user that logs onto the pc, I think the issue is likely on this specific client rather than the delivery process. Maybe the format is stripped by the anti-spam or anti-virus program on the PC, or some 3rd-party add-ins on Outlook. Please disable the anti-spam or anti-virus program temporarily, then start Outlook in Safe Mode to check the result:

Press Win + R, type "outlook.exe /safe" in the blank box, press Enter.

If there's no such issue receiving rich text format emails in Outlook safe mode, please disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which one caused the problem.
