Hi,

I encounter an issue from my office, all the users having issue for their outlook after the windows update for the Lync 2013 upgraded to Skype for Business.

User will faced that the Outlook is stopped working once they turn on the outlook after the update.

Walk around for Outlook 2010 is run outlook in safe mode to turn off the Microsoft office social connector. Then restart outlook only can be working fine.

I would like to know is there any patch fix for this issue, this issue is goes by user profile, some of the user if share a machine they will see the same error if they run the outlook application.

I have noticed this issue recently that Outlook 2010 users meet the Outlook crash issue after the Lync 2013 to Skype for Business update.

Would you please provide more information about your environment? Sync as your Windows version and Office version(s), 64-bit or 32-bit?

If possible you can check the Event Logs and provide them to us, press Win + R, type "eventvwr" in the blank box, press Enter. Browse to Windows Logs -> Application, find the error about the crash and get the logs. To protect your private information, you can send the logs to our email address:
