Outlook 2010 calendar notes

I have 64 bit windows 7 and Outlook 2010 on a Dell OptiPlex 2010. Many in my company have similar systems. when I get calendar invites from some people, it shows the when: and where: info in the notes section. From other people I don't see that. Must be a way to turn that feature on and off. I'm attaching a pic of what I'm talking about. All computers are on the same domain in an Exchange environment. Thanks in advance for your help with this.

Hi,

As far as I know, there is no such build-in feature in Outlook.

Do these people use Outlook to send the meeting request? Maybe the meeting request is sent with other email client which may cause this case to happen.

Another possibility is that these people are using a script or a custom template when sending the meeting request, which has the functionality to automatically populate into the meeting notes field.

If possible, we can contact one of the users to confirm that.

Thanks,
