Hi,

Thank you for using Outlook IT Pro Discussions forum.

From your description, I understand that you would like to make the weekly calendar view in Outlook 2010 looks like Outlook 2003 weekly agenda style. If there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to let me know.

I am sorry but the weekly view in Outlook 2010 changed and it is different from that in Outlook 2003. The weekly agenda view is only available when we try to print the calendar.

If anything is unclear or if there is anything I can do for you, please feel free to let me know.

Best Regards,

Sally Tang

I also used the old 2003 agenda (7 day) style because it was so easy and clean to view.  Can Microsoft bring it back to Outlook 2010 please?  All of the other views are so cramped and hard to read.

Thanks.

I have the same problem.

In weekly agenda style of 2003 outlook the style looks a little bit different than in 2010. For example the word wrap in 2003 looks like this https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=1B66D1CD6DC8B0D6!258, in 2010 like this https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=1B66D1CD6DC8B0D6!258. As you can see the text in 2003 agenda wraps under text and in 2010 wraps under numbers(start time and end time)

Questions.

1. Can I edit the weekly agenda style manually?(XML,.NET, ASP etc.) or

2. Can I migrate the Office 2003 Weekly agenda style with Outlook 2010 weekly agenda styles?

3. Where is keeps the styles files?

Thank you in advance.

@VardgesStepanyan
You for printouts?
You cannot modify or transfer these layout like that.

You can however use the Calendar Printing Assistant which holds many more printing templates and customization options. You can even create your own templates.
You can download it here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=16645

Thank you very much Roady

I just installed the Calendar printing assistant, but I can't find the editing option in it. I've found the many calendar templates, but i can't edit them. Is there any manual for printing assistant?

Thank you in advance.

I am also not able to find the editing options.

I am actually trying to set the weekly agenda print out to the Office 2003 format, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday down the left side and Thursday, Friday, Saturday/Sunday on the right in landscape mode.  Vice the 2013 format with Monday, Wednesday, Friday down the left side and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday/Sunday on the right.

This is a small change but I have a customer that prefers the previous format so we are keeping a WindowsXP machine with Office 2003 around just to print the calendar as they prefer.  Seems like it would be a simple preference option.
