Outlook 2010 appointement with dependecy of another appointement

Hi there,

My problem becomes ith the following request.

1- Make an appointement that occurs every second Monday of month

2- Make an appointement that occurs every second wednesday of month (with dependency of 1)

Example if I want to make an appointement in September 2015 it will cause trouble.

1- Second monday of month in september 2015 becomes  14/09/2015

2- Second wednesday of month in september 2015 becomes 09/09/2015

Weird isn't it

Is it possible  to make two appointments making the dependency or is there any software that sharing events could do that without being online.

Best Regards

What is weird about it? Both are correct.

If you actually want to create an appointment that occurs 2 days after a first one, then you could either generate that via Excel or move the exceptions of your current configuration.

See: Schedule a recurring meeting X days before or after another recurring meeting

Hi Luis,

We can also use VBA to create individual events in more flexible patterns. For your reference:
