My colleague is shared contacts with me, after shared I can able to see their contacts in my outlook client, but  I cannot able to see their contacts in my mobile (Android Mobile)

I can able to see my outlook contacts in my mobile.

Shared contacts not showing in mobile.

Please help me with this.

Hi,

What app do you use in Android? The build-in mail app or Outlook for Android?

If there is no option in Outlook for Android to display the shared contacts, it is probably by design. If you need to confirm this, the Microsoft Outlook app offers an in-app link to Support as well as self-help content. To access the support link and self-help, follow these steps.

1. Go to the app Settings and select Help
   

2. In the Help section, you can find self-help content by selecting FAQs or Product Tour. Self-help information can also be found at the following link: Outlook for iOS and Android FAQ You will be presented with a group of topics to choose from. Select the topic that applies to your issue.

3. If you still need help, select Contact Support

4. After selecting Contact Support, follow the on-screen prompts to be connected to an agent.
