Hi,

In order to resolve the issue more efficiently, I'd like to collect the following information:

Does this issue only happen with specific email address or with all email addresses in the blocked sender list?

Is it specific to machine/user/Outlook profile that is used currently?

Meanwhile, please make sure the email address or domain is not also on one of the Safe Sender lists. The safe sender lists override the blocked sender lists.

In addition, this issue may also happen if you have more than one e-mail account delivering email to your Personal Folders (.PST) file. This is because the Junk E-mail Settings, including Blocked Senders and Safe Senders lists, are specific to one e-mail account or service. When you block a sender's email address, it is only added to the Blocked Senders list for the default email account configured in the Account Settings dialog. The Blocked Senders lists for other accounts are not updated with the same email address.

To work around this issue, switch the default account in the Account Settings dialog to the other account, and then block the same sender. This will add the sender's e-mail address to this specific account.

Please let me know the result.

Regards,

Steve Fan

Thank you for the update.

What email address did you add in the blocked sender list? If it an email address within your organization's address book? Please note that, in an Exchange environment, all of the names and email addresses that are in your organization's address book (also known as the Global Address List) are automatically considered safe. Even if you've added an email address within your organization to the blocked sender list, the emails from that sender still comes into the Inbox.
