Outlook 2010 Junk Email Filtering for 2015 and forward

There doesn't seem to be any new innovations lately regarding combating spam or junk emails. I mean on a personal level. I know that large corporations by filters that can combat this but most of them, except a few, require individual input from users to identify and block future occurrences. This is sadly a dated technique and is lacking behind the innovations with creating the spam. I work for a large company and we do in fact have a filter in place and it blocks a lot of spam, but even with that, many emails still make it in. It's becoming a large task just to click block sender on these. A few examples  of the email spam addresses are listed below. And I am sure you can see how filtering for key words or domains or leaders would be fruitless.

the "dot com" removed & "@" replaced with "##" since it has not verified me yet.

With the above, I actually do have contact with Wal-Mart related individuals which prevents me from blocking Wal-Mart outright. Also, these all have different domains. Now if I was to filter only the leading portion of the email address, I would need to edit and filter over 500 different addresses a week.

Is there any way to select multiple emails and block them all instead of having to individually clicking them?

Is there any way to filter junk mail based on body formatting? I have noticed a large majority of these emails contain HTML background of some time with very similar coding. I am sure I could find something that is unique to them and filter. Not sure how long that would last, but would be a start.

Is there any way to have a integrated filter that would allow you to click filter and it would show all emails that were selected based on an online comparison to a global filter list? Then as a user you could review a smaller email selection and choose which ones to add to a safe sender list and the rest would automatically be marked for junk or deletion. Then you click a single button to delete or move the bad emails. Just a thought.

Sorry for the long rant and question block, but from a user that receives several hundred emails daily with about 100 being spam, a few upgrades or coding changes would be sweet. I have to maintain every email I send or receive since 2007 and it's gets bulky working through them. So removing the junk really would help. Thanks for reading.
