I am running MS Office 2003 and I send invites regularly to MS Office 2010 recipients. I set the appointment so that it does not have a reminder set but, when the recipient accepts it, it adds a reminder. Is there any way of turning this option off?

Hi, 1. On outlook 2003, click Tools->Options. 2. In Mail Setup tab, uncheck the "Default reminder" box. 3.
