Outlook 2010 Invite attendees without reminder
I am running MS Office 2003 and I send invites regularly to MS Office 2010 recipients. I set the appointment so that it does not have a reminder set but, when the recipient accepts it, it adds a reminder. Is there any way of turning this option off?

Hi, 1. On outlook 2003, click Tools->Options. 2. In Mail Setup tab, uncheck the "Default reminder" box. 3. Restart Outlook 2003.Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
