What are these files?

How are they generated?

How to remove them? 

ex.  I have 4 signature files called  SigOne, SigTwo, SigThree, SigFour

When in a new email or reply/fwd the signature drop down option under Message tab shows   Sigone_Files, SigTwo_Files, SigThree_FIles, SigFour_Files

any ideas?

From the description, it created duplicate signature files for all of your signatures, so there are 8 signature files when clicking the Signature drop-down option, am I correct?

Please try clicking File > Options > Mail, hold Ctrl key and then click the Signatures button. You will see the Signatures folder opened. Check if you can see any signature files named Sigone_Files, SigTwo_Files, SigThree_FIles or SigFour_Files. If any, try moving them to your desktop and then check if you can see the duplicate signatures from the Signature drop-down option.
