Outlook 2010 Contacts sbufolders not visible when composing an email

I have a user who is running Outlook 2010 connecting to Exchange 2010 server.  This user has several Contacts subfolders.  When they try to compose a new email and they click on the TO button, they can see the Global Address List and also their Contacts list but none of the Contacts "subfolders" are selectable from the drop down menu.

How do I get this fixed?

Hi,

Just want to make it clear that, these subfolders won't be displayed as subfolder in the dropdown list, my point is, please double check to see if these subfolders are actually in the list, thanks.

I was able to fix it by right clicking on the subfolders in Outlook and going to Properties.  Then I was able to check the box for displaying it in the address book.
