Outlook 2010 Archives tab not visible.

Hi everyone,

I have a few high level users in my company who are having a unique problem. The whole company, including them, have Office 2010 standard, but the whole company, except them, have the ability to archive their mailboxes by going to the clean-up tools and selecting archive or by enabling auto archive in Outlook 2010. Another problem is that the users who cannot see their option to archive, can see and use their personal archives when I enable them from the server, which is not what Microsoft says for Office 2010 Standard and which no one else in the company except them can see and use. 

Please let me know if you have any idea regarding what should I check to come up to a conclusion.
