When clicking on appointments in outlook calendar 2010, the body of the message only shows the participants and not the body of the appointment.  Tried "fixing" through the control panel.  Also tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it.  Same issue.  Any Ideas?

By "clicking on appointments", do you mean double-click an appointment to open it in a new window?

Have you tried viewing these appointments from OWA?

Is this your calendar or a shared calendar opened in your Outlook? Are these appointments owned by you or other sender?

Please provide more information so that we can fix the issue more efficiently.

Hello and thank you Steve for your reply. 

The calendar is fine on owa.  The issue seems to happen only when there are more than one attendee.

I ran the tool, loaded SP2, reinstalled the program.   No difference.

It is not a shared calendar and it is happening when others request a meeting, again, when there is more than one attendee.
