Outlook 2010 - Meetings not changing in all calendars

I have a user who has sent out an amended time for a meeting. The recipient has accepted this change, and the meeting in the calendar changed to the new timeslot. However, the meeting time did not change in the user's calendar automatically. The worry is that this could affect several people and some hig-level meetings. Has anyone come across this before?

Hi,

When the user sent the update, the time on the recipients' calendars should also be updated. Let the user whose calendar doesn't update check the meeting on OWA, or switch to Outlook Online Mode to check whether the time has been updated.

If on OWA or Outlook Online Mode the meeting time is updated, we may consider this issue was caused since the delay of the calendar sync. Please try the following steps:

In Outlook, make sure the account and the calendar are included in the Send/Receive Group, then click the Send/Receive All Folders button, after the send/receive process is finished, check if the meeting time is updated. If yes, consider to set the send/receive frequency shorter.
