We are facing an issue in outlook.We are using outlook 2010 & 2013.It is a POP account.When we try to send an email to the particular client email id,mails are getting bounced back.

But at the same time,when we  send an email to the particular  client email id in web email,it is delivering to the client without any issue.

I have also checked the settings in our outlook 2010,2013 , the particular client email id, is not in blocked senders in outlook.

Pls. let me know why  the particular  client emails are bouncing in outlook 2010 & 2013.

Hi Pradeep,

How did you enter the particular email address in the To field? If you entered it via auto-complete functionality, it means the auto-complete entry for the particular email address might be corrupt. We can try deleting the particular auto-complete entry and then entering the full email address in the To filed to see the result. To remove the particular auto-complete entry, just click the 'X' icon next to the entry. See:

Thanks for sharing the details. I have deleted the email id and manually typed the email once again.

I think the issue is with IP address which are blacklisted.
