Outlook 2007 with Windows XP and Windows 7.

Hi,

I have 10 computers in the office. All computers have office 2007 (Outlook 2007). We migrated users mailboxes to office 365.Now searching mails stopped in Outlook 2007. We tried deleting ost, but it worked for only one day. We tried to rebuild indexing, but still users have searching problem. Is there any solution for this? It was working when mailboxes were on exchange 2010.

Thanks.

Hi,

Please check whether the problematic users can search messages in OWA and Outlook Online mode. If the issue also happens in OWA, the issue should be related to the search feature in Server side. I suggest we can ask a question in Exchange Online forum for more help:

If the issue only happens in Outlook, please check whether there is any mail-related third-party program installed in the computer. Please start Outlook in safe mode to check whether the issue persists.

Please repair the outlook client after you rebuild the indexing option, and also you can check whether the search indexing issue out there in OWA also .

Thanks
