After upgrade to Windows 10 Outlook 7 does not send out my emails I have done all Microsoft updates by no avail. Please help.

Any error message? Did you try running sfc /scannow?
right click on the Start button and select Command Prompt (Admin), the type or paste sfc /scannow in the window and press enter.

Open Command Prompt,
Type sfs /scannow and he problem is solved
