i am running exchange server 2007 and i have a user running outlook 2007 that the mailbox size is not the same. in his outlook it says he only has about 20mb but in OWA and on the server it shows almost 50mb. how can i clear this up?

User in Cache Mode? if so, close Outlook, delete the associated .ost and re-open. Or, under account settings in Outlook,Advanced tab/Outlook Data File Settings, click to compact the offline file.
