Outlook 2007 issue

Hi,

Is there a way to compress the database file that Outlook uses and where would I find this file? I did a SEARCH FOR "*.pst" and could not find it.

For some weird reason lately it is taking longer to access the outlook application to open the email than it use to be.

Hello,

You can find the PST File location by following the given below path:

Open MS Outlook >> Click On File >> Data File Management >> Data File Tab >> Select the path  & click on Open File Location.

Short Method to find PST File: Type this path in Run command C:\Users\admin\Documents\Outlook Files

For Compressing the Outlook Data File you can continue with the Eugene Astafiev answer.
