I can not add or removed the address book. I am unable to see contacts in the To: when I email Articles #197577 doesn't work because I can't add another address book, or remove the existing one. And I have the same problem if I try to create a new profile. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi, Please perform following method to check whether the issue can be solved: 1. Control Panel->Mail->Select the profile->Click E-mail Accounts 2. Under Address Books tab, click Outlook Address Book and click Change 3. Click Remove Address Book 4. If the Outlook is running, please reboot Outlook 5.
