Outlook 2007 Won't Connect Offsite to Exchange Server 2010 But Outlook 2010 Will

I have two HP laptops.  Both have Windows 7 x64.  One has Outlook 2007 x32 SP3, and the other has Outlook 2010 x64 SP1.

Both have the same settings for connecting to our Exchange 2010 Server.  Both connect inside the office when on the same LAN as the Exchange Server.  Outside the office is a dfferent story.  The Outlook 2010 connects fine, but Outlook 2007 will not, even when the computers are literally sitting side by side to each other (so I know it is not a LAN issue).

I scoured the net for answers to this, and could only find that SP3 is required for Outlook 2007.  SP3 is already installed.

If anyone has any ideas on why Outlook 2007 won't connect, I would appreciate it.

I suspect that you have not checked the option "Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP" from your Exchange Account setting:

Thanks.
