Greetings all, Using OL2007 SP2 on clients computer, linked to an exchange server 2003 with the latest service pack, users can receive and send email normally. Problems occur when the user received an email with html contents and needs authorisation to download the rest of the email. When clicking on "authorize", OL2007 will crash every single time. This issue is happening on all OL2007 clients. OL2003 clients are working just fine. So I guess the issue is *not* on the exchange server I have tried to uninstall and reinstall OL2007 but no luck. Ed, When one is receiving an email (in html format) using OL2007, OL is asking the user if he wants to download the images because the user is seeing full of red X images (being not downloaded automatically from the sender's server). In order to prevent malicious code, the user needs to click on "download images" in order to see the complet html email. So when the user clicks on "download images", OL2007 Sp2 is crashing (and restarting) endlessly. Its happening in the Win7 environment, using Exchange server 2003 with latest SP. We have this issue on all OL2007 workstation. Users with OL2003 don't have this issue, using Win7. Any idea ? TIA easternguy

I recommend you post this question to an Outlook forum since it is Outlook doing the crashing.
