Hello there,
We have an associate, who is an executive adminstrator, that sets up appointments and accepts appointments on behalf of the executive. Some issues that are occurring are:
- Appointments are duplicated in the executive's Calendar after accepting on his behalf
- Appointments, in which the executive adminstrator are organizers of, gets deleted once the executive accepts.
- When the executive adminstrator sends an appointment to the Executives group, they all accept. When the executive adminstrator moves the appointment to a different date or time, the required attendees become optional.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. These issues are occurring occassionally.
