Outlook 2007 Resource Scheduling
I wanted to see if I can get some assistance. Basically I’ve setup a bunch of Room Mailboxes for conference rooms. Some of these rooms are to be restricted to certain users. The way I restricted them was by launching the profile in outlook, going to calendar options, resource scheduling and I set the permissions on calendar properties. I made the users who needed access owners of the room and I made the default access to free\busy time. Unfortunately some users who are not owners are still booking those rooms. What do I need to do to restrict these rooms properly? I guess I’m missing something, maybe doing the wrong steps Thanks for any help!

If you are using Exchange 2007 check out the following which will give you some ways to work what you need. You could use a "BookInPolicy" http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2009/02/26/450776.aspxDJ Grijalva | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | www.persistentcerebro.com
