Hi Fallow below mention threads. there is a good guideline regarding 0X8004010Ferror You receive an error message when you try to synchronize the offline address list on an Exchange Server 2007 or Exchange Server 2003 server while you are using Outlook 2003: "0x8004010F"http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/905813 Understanding why error code 0X8004010F is thrown when trying to download an OAB http://blogs.msdn.com/dgoldman/archive/2008/10/01/understanding-why-error-code-0x8004010f-is-thrown-when-trying-to-download-an-oab.aspx Outlook clients receive error 0x8004010f when downloading the Offline Address Book http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/04/19/437902.aspx Reagrds

Ok i think i found the issue now i need to know how to fix it. I ran the "Test Email Auto Configuration" and it couldnt find the AutoDiscover site. I added the autodiscover.vanir.com to my internal and external DNS servers as an alias for my webmail server but the issue now is that the autodiscover.domain.com doesnt match my ssl cert so its poping up a security warning. When i run this command: Get-ClientAccessServer | Select Name, *Internal* | fl I get the proper address for my webmail: AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri : https://webmail.vanir.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml So why are the clients looking for autodiscover.vanir.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml or vanir.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml instead of my defined https://webmail.vanir.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml?

I found this TechNet Article that should fix my issue. Putting in the SRV record on my DNS server should point Auto Discover to the correct address. A new feature is available that enables Outlook 2007 to use DNS Service Location (SRV) records to locate the Exchange Autodiscover service http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=940881
