Outlook 2007 Help
I recently received a request from my higher to figure a way to send a DRAFT email to another recipient to send out. Example: One of my staff sections gathers information for my boss to send out to the GM. This information comes to me for filtering. I place all 20+ personnel that will be receiving this email whether on the "to" line or the "cc" line. I safe this email as a DRAFT and send it to my boss. He opens the attached DRAFT, reviews it and hits SEND. He does not want to have to input all the names or even use a distro list. I know this sounds a bit off center, but that is what he wants. I attempted to figure it out, but I have been unsuccessful. Any guidance on whether this is possible or not would be greatly appreciated.

what you can try is giving full mailbox permissions to your manager how wants to send others draft messages. because when you build some message and send to your manager - his send button will be disable by default for that attach item. i haven’t tried that personally but giving permissions will be a good troubleshooting start. Hi KM Little, "He opens the attached DRAFT, reviews it and hits SEND" Do you mean the SEND buttom is disabled? If yes, he can copy the DRAFT to his Drafts folder, then send it. Double click the DRAFT attachment to open it, click Office Buttom->Move->Copy to Folder->Drafts. By the way, seems like the issue is related with Outlook configurate query, I would also suggest you seek the solution in the Outlook forum: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/outlook/threadsPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
