Outlook 2007 & Exchange 2003 Calendar Delegation Issues
Hi Everyone,We are running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007 in our office. We have been having issues when rescheduling appointments from a delegated calendar. Let me explain in more detail: We have a user that is a delegate of the CEO's calendar. She creats multiple re-ocurring meetings on his behalf. He is constantly traveling to the US and Israel. For some reason, anytime these re-ocurring meetings are rescheduled, strange things happen. Sometimes, they don't show in other people's calendars, sometimes it creats a whole new meeting, or duplicate meetings at the new time (one pending, one accepted). It's as if the system is getting confused on the meeting and creating something new. I have compared some of the examples of when it creates two meetings and one stays pending and one is accepted. I noticed that the meetings aren't identical. For example, one had a re-occurance end date, but the other didn't. Or, the time zone in one is EST and the other is Israel's time zone. I'm not exactly sure what's happening here and each occurance seems to be different which is making it difficult to pinpoint. Has anyone had similiars issues with this type of setup? Thanks,Kevin

is there a mobile device connected to the mailbox (WM, iphone, blackberry, etc)? Something that might be getting partly sync'd to the mailbox while the updates are taking place?
