Outlook 2007 & 2010 clients cannot connect to public folders after installing CU8

Four days ago I installed  CU8 on our Exchange 2013 server. We used Server for Public Folders databases and mailboxes. All is fine except Outlook 2007 & 2010 (Office 2007, 2010) . They're cannot connect to public folders. When users try to expand Pubblic Folder three they're receiving an error "Cannot expand folder. Configuration not set". Office 2013 with Outlook 2013 all is OK. Exchange Server Supportability Matrix states that Outlook 2007 & 2010 is supported with Exchange Server 2013 SP1 and later (regardless of the client operating system).

Hi,

Since Outlook 2013 can connect to Public Folder correctly, the public folder in server side should be proper. Please access the Public Folder in OWA 2013 to double confirm it.

If the issue only happens to Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2007 clients, please install the latest updates and patches for Outlook to have a try:

Hi,

Access to public folders in OWA 2013 is possible, but it is a bad solution. No support for example. for move emails.

Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2007 clients, have installed the latest updates and patches for Outlook.

regards
