Outlook 2007/2010 client getting disconnected from exchange servers 2007 sp5
Help we have multiple outlook 2010 sp1 and outlook 2007 sp2 clients who experience the outlook application locking up and the screen turning white. Upon further investigation I ran the outlook /rpcdiag command and noticed the mailbox server in a disconnecting status. I try to click reconnect and nothing happens. The other servers reconnect except from the exchange server. From what it appears the exchange server appears to be acting normal. How would one go about troubleshooting this and determining what the root cause is. Other applications on the pc are acting normal and not freezing. I have also placed the Outlook client in cached mode and the problem for many seems to go away and for others with shared mailboxes it sporadically comes back and locks up less frequently
