Outlook 2003 sends emails to ANY other email address EXCEPT the sender's email address.
I have a client using MS Outlook 2003 who CAN send email to any OTHER email address EXCEPT her own, even when I navigate to her address in her address book by clicking on "To:" which then brings up her address book and I click on her address.

The item appears in her MS Outlook 'Sent' folder as well as in her Host Gator Web-mail account's 'Sent' and 'In-box' folders.

Her email address and domain re not on her 'Do not Send' or 'Blocked Senders' list in Outlook. I ran a repair of her MS Outlook but it didn't make any difference.

The item appears in her MS Outlook 'Sent' folder as well as in her Host Gator Web-mail account's 'Sent' and 'In-box' folders.

This is a typo and the correct one should be "The item doesn't appear in her MS Outlook 'Sent' folder as well as in her Host Gator Web-mail account's 'Sent' and 'In-box' folders.", am I correct?

Does this issue continue if we try sending the email using Webmail interface? If it continues in webmail, you have to contact the mail ISP for further assistance.

Please also check if the user have any rules or view filters set which may cause such issue. Try start Outlook using /cleanviews switch to see the result.

In addition, Outlook 2003 is not supported now, to get better user experience and support, I'd recommend you upgrade to a newer version of Outlook.
