Outlook 2003 profile doesn't work on one PC but on other PC work just fine

My client, she has Outlook 2003 SP3 on Win XP SP3, and she was able to work fine until last week. I have created her profile on my PC and it worked fine and also I tried a test-user it was the same way. I was wondering any other steps I have to take ?

Thank you in advance

The first step I took was, creating a new profile and I got the message that Exchange server needs to be online, however i tried .../rpc/rpcproxy.dll and after entering the credential I got blank page, which is fine. I take any other though please ?

I resolved this issue by creating a new windows profile, it seems the OS profile was corrupted.
