Outlook 2003 is not giving tracking tab all the time
When outlook is set up to track read reciepts it will sometimes give the read tracking tab. One of my customers is getting tab on some e-mails and not on others. She is set up just the way its suppose to be, but she will send e-mail and get tab then the next 3 or 4 won't have tracking tab. I have tried repairing. I looked to see if someting was disabled. No disabled items. I need some idea on this becauseI set mine up the same way and I do not get tracking tab at all. What am I missing? Thank you in advanced for your help.

I was wondering about the same thing too. But I found this
"The user needs to open a read/delivery receipt in order to see the tracking tab on the corresponding sent e-mail in Sent Items"

Hi, problem's the same. If the reply starts with anything else than Re: that is not handled as a reply. Outlook is so stupid, that it has been translated to all languages, which means everyone gets the replies in their own language.
This probably can be handled, as there is a possibility to customize outlook with VBA, but how.

Hi DOR33N,sure it is, I have the same problem.If you open the read/delivery receipt you see the tracking tab.

The replys all need to be opened. If not the summary may not be accurate. Once this is done, open 1 of the replies, right click on the banner at the top of the reply where it's stated "the sender responded" and you'll get view voting responses as a drop down. Click that and there you go.
