Outlook 2003 flag and reminder for folders other than inbox
Ladies and Gentleman, I am having a problem with my Outlook Flag and Reminder in folders other than my Inbox. I've got Microsoft 2003 with SP3. Everyone at my office has this same issue. If you right click on an email and scroll down to 'follow up', then 'add reminder' you can set a flag color, date, and time for that reminder. When I do this with emails in my default inbox, I have a reminder box that pops up (same box as tasks and calendar reminders) which shows a snooze and dismiss option. Now when I go through this same process with an email in any folder other than my inbox (i.e. my sent items, custom folders, etc.), the reminder box never pops up. Sometimes the message turns red, but this is not what I'm looking for. I want it to pop up in my reminder box just like it does for email's in my inbox. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks in advance!

You might want to post this to an Outlook forum. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." .
