Outlook 2003 Client and OWA Inboxes out of sync for one user
One of our users has an issue where his mailbox appears to be out of sync between his desktop client (Outlook 2003) and OWA. All of his e-mails appear in Outlook 2003 fine, which is operating in cached mode. Now, when he logs onto OWA none of his e-mails are showing in his inbox and none of his folders are showing under the inbox. We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2010 SP1 and he is the only user this appears to be affecting. Other users have the same setup. Any ideas why this might be?

Sounds like he is using a pst for mail delivery and not his mailbox. In Outlook 2003, that can be changed to his mailbox under the account settings. Its called Deliver new e-mail to the following location I would check there if that is the case.

Can't check it until Monday but if that is the case how do I get it back into the mailbox? Import the PST?

Yes, you would have to import or simply copy into the mailbox if that is the case.
